Rev. Dr. Neisha Davis is a native of Atlanta, Georgia where she was educated in the private and public-school systems of Dekalb and Clayton County. She engaged in softball

and basketball, and with basketball being her favorite sport, she was captured and won awards for outstanding athletic skills and MVP. She was also recognized for outstanding

academic achievements and featured in 

Who’s Who Academic Achievers of the World.

Dr. Davis is a firm believer in education and has matriculated as a Magna Cum Laude Honor Student at Gordon State College (Associate of Science), Clayton State University

(Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Management, Atlanta Bible College (Foundation Certificate in Biblical Studies), Payne Theological Seminary(Masters of Divinity and

Doctor of Ministry) and a graduate of College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy for CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) for Chaplaincy. Rev. Dr. Neisha Davis is the CEO and Founder of True Liberation Church in Riverdale, GA. 

After faithful service in the AME (African Methodist Episcopal) Church all her life, God gave her a vision for 

True Liberation Church and by faith and obedience, #TLC

was launched on July 28, 2024, and God is still blessing us!

Dr. Davis was raised in the church and has had her hand in ministry ever since she heard the voice of God on October 30,1994 call her to preach. Throughout the years, she was

faithful in ministry and officially answered her call on December 24, 2006. She has faithfully labored in ministry for thirty years where God birthed a divine ministry within

her to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is the former supply pastor of her home church, Mathalama AME Church and the former Sr. Pastor of Sugarhill AME,

Parker’s Chapel AME and St. Mary AME Church, where she collectively Pastored for twenty years. She also serves as a Hospice Chaplain in Atlanta, Georgia. She is on a

mission for Christ to tell the world we serve an awesome and sovereign God! 

Rev. Neisha Davis has worked in many capacities of leadership in the church as well as the community. She has organized and chaired many programs and outreach activities to help bring inclusiveness and unity within the body of Christ. She is the founder of N.M. Davis Ministries, “Power Up” Prayer and Points of Power Ministry, and Conquerors Youth Ministry. She organized the 1 st Youth Internship at her home church through Hearts to Nourish Hope, a non-for-profit organization. She coordinated the District Conference in 2008 which consisted of 25+ churches and pastors within the Macon North District, as well as Hosting and coordinating in 2013 and 2018. She established the “Conquerors Youth Ministry” at her home church where all youth and young adults are enlightened, encouraged, and empowered to embark on a greater understanding of

Christ as we set out to make Disciples for Kingdom Building. Her love for God and people is very strong and enriched.

She is a teacher of God’s word and has taught in many capacities, including a series during a Women’s Conference on “The Upper Room Experience”, where women and

men were encouraged to experience and encounter God and the Holy Spirit before they get to “church”. She also coordinated “Bible Boot Camp” for the youth that took them

back to the basics of the Word of God. She is referred to as the “Praying Lady” because she firmly believes by prayer changes things, and she always encourage others to pray for

God’s spirit to fall upon them so they can witness His awesome presence and power.  

Rev. Dr. Neisha Davis has two beautiful daughters, Alexis and Peyton Davis and a grandson, Syaire, whom she loves dearly and enjoys spending quality time with. She is devoted to winning lost souls for his Kingdom and spreading the good news of Christ.  She wants the world to know that she is a nobody, trying to tell everybody about somebody 

(My SAVIOR) who can save ANYBODY!
